Participant data
How participant data flows, and what you can set.
Every firm has its own requirements for participant data. This page describes how Grapevines handles data today, and what we set up differently for each program.
What participants provide
- Career materials they choose to upload, such as a resume or LinkedIn profile text.
- Their answers in the guided positioning conversation.
- Target roles or job descriptions they add.
Where it goes
- Hosting and a managed database, where participant records are stored.
- Third-party AI model providers, which process participant material to prepare the positioning summary, role scores and drafts.
- A professional-profile data provider, used only when looking up the people at a target company. This can be switched off for a program.
What your firm sees
- Participation and progress totals by default.
- Individual participant detail only where participants have agreed and your program needs it.
