Why I built this.

I spent years running hotel operations in Mexico, managing teams, fixing systems, solving problems nobody else wanted to touch. When I decided to pivot into product management, I hit a wall.

Recruiters couldn't see past my job title. My resume screamed "operations guy," not "product thinker."
